These are supposedly "good neighbours"?  Yes Israel does have Arab Israeli citizens that are true to Israel and even join the IDF (Military). But then they also have Arab Israelis like member of the Kneset Palestinian Israeli Haneen Zoabi who advocates the DESTRUCTION  of Israel all the while serving in its Kneset
Israel does a great job in accommodating its Arab Israeli citizens. There are Arab doctors,scientists,teachers,commercial entrepreneurs,etc  The sick brought from Gaza are treated in Israeli hospitals. Even Syrian fighters that come to the Israeli border are treated and released. There is a hospital on the border for that emergency.
